We recommend emailing producers or artists in advance of the discussion night to let them know you would like to talk to them : )

It’s best to send a brief email with a portrait photo, or even a quick phone call, and you may find they’ll approach you on the night, making networking easier and more effective. This is a great opportunity to connect in a friendly, welcoming environment.
